Domestic Shipping

For domestic shipping we use UPS only, all orders will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. UPS will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package. Sassy Secret is not responsible if someone other than you signs for your package, or if the package gets lost or stolen. 

P.O.Boxes
When having your order shipped to a P.O.Box you MUST put the POST OFFICE'S physical address in the first address line and the P.O.Box number in the second address line in order to guarantee proper delivery of your order. Please note that if you fail to do this the package will be returned to our office and you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship the package back out. 

APO/FPO 
APO/FPO are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) only, and will also require Signature Confirmation upon delivery.

International Shipping

Star Glam Hair Extensions  uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and DHL for international shipments. (Please refer to the chart below). International orders are subject to duties and taxes according to the their country of origin. Star Glam Hair Extensions is not responsible for duties and taxes. The same shipping rules and guidelines apply (See Above).
